1. Introduction and Acceptance

10. Errors, Malfunctions, and Void Bets

ppvip5 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical malfunction, data error, software bug, or incorrect odds display. In the event that a palpably incorrect price is offered and accepted, ppvip5 reserves the right to settle the affected bet at the correct price or to void it entirely, at ppvip5's sole discretion.

Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before a result is determined, the round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the member's account balance. ppvip5 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve technical issues promptly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform at all times.
